Exfoliating the lips is the first step towards naturally plumper lips. Getting rid of the flakes to reveal smooth skin underneath immediately improves your pout’s appearance. Dry, flaky lips can make your puckers look thinner and smaller, making them look dull and less vibrant.

A sugar lip scrub is gentle and organic enough to buff those flakes away and provides a smooth canvas for swiping lipstick. Plump lips are linked to good blood flow to your face. You can try some skincare trends, such as running a jade roller on your face to improve blood circulation in this part of your body. Improved blood flow can help enhance your skin’s health, including your lips.

You can also try a gua sha massage, which uses a type of stone to improve circulation, decrease inflammation, and promote lymphatic drainage.
